Start Your Page is a service operated by Hoskins Travel LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company. By using Start Your Page you enter into an agreement with Hoskins Travel LLC. Questions go to hello@startyourpage.com.

By creating an account, starting an interview, or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

Start Your Page interviews you about your business, uses AI to generate several complete website versions, and — once you purchase — publishes and hosts the version you choose at the address you select. Plans are described on our pricing page.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not use the service to:

• break the law or facilitate unlawful activity;
• commit fraud, send spam, or misrepresent who you are;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — malware, probing, scanning, scraping, circumventing limits or reverse engineering;
• resell, redistribute or white-label the service without our written consent.

The service uses generative AI. You must not attempt to produce illegal content, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes or impersonations, hate speech, harassment, malware, or content designed to deceive, and you must not attempt to jailbreak or bypass our safety controls.

You are responsible for the prompts and material you submit, for confirming you have the rights to any logo, photo, text or link you upload, and for reviewing every output before you publish it. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and must not be relied on as legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice without your own verification.

As between you and us, you retain rights in the material you submit and, once your purchase is paid, you own the published website content generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that material solely to provide the service. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these terms. If you believe content on a site we host infringes your rights, email hello@startyourpage.com with the URL and details and we will investigate; repeat or serious infringement results in termination.

We retain ownership of the service and everything in it other than your content — the software, templates, section library, prompts, documentation and our branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you purchased.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Prices are quoted based on the scope of the site you request and are shown before you pay. You may pay once or monthly; monthly plans continue and renew until cancelled, and your site stays live until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends we will give you a reasonable window to export your content before deleting it, as described in our Privacy Notice.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from the content you submit or publish, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hoskins Travel LLC is organised, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page.
