Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including simply changing your mind.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@startyourpage.com and we will help you through it. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to every order.

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account. Your site stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. Within the first 30 days you can request a refund of the initial payment as described above.

If you upgrade tiers on a one-time purchase you pay only the difference. If you downgrade, the difference is posted to your account as credit toward future work rather than returned to your card. Details are on your account page.

When a refund is issued the associated published site is taken offline, and your content is purged 30 days later. See our Privacy Notice and Terms & Conditions.
